Exclusive One-Year Warranty

This guarantee covers parts and labor not covered by the manufacturer in its respective guarantee or warranty.

Flatness Tolerance Guarantee

AC-CUE-RATE guarantees that the slate playing surface will maintain an overall flatness of +/- .020″ length-wise and +/- .010″ across the width as specified by the Billiard Congress of America (BCA) under Equipment Specification for one year from the date of installation.*

Dealer-Provided Elements Guarantee

AC-CUE-RATE guarantees all dealer-provided elements of the installation for one year. This includes the proper assembly of the base frame, setting and filling of the slate seams, alignment and tightness of the rail assembly, and attachment of the blind aprons and pockets.

Material Workmanship Guarantee

AC-CUE-RATE guarantees the workmanship of all dealer-installed materials for one year. This covers the tightness and fit of the rail featherstrips and rail cloth as well as the application of the bed cloth. The bed cloth is guaranteed to be stretched to the proper tightness as specified by the BCA.

This warranty does not imply replacement of the entire pool table or parts that fall within the scope of the original manufacturer guarantee. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other natural calamity.

*Does not apply if pool table is lifted or moved, or if floor or structure where pool table is located moves or settles.
